1. Introduction

Welcome to HPATPro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HPATPro website at hpatpro.ie ("the Site"), including all content, features, products, and services offered by HPATPro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

HPATPro is an online HPAT (Health Professions Admission Test) exam preparation platform based in Dublin, Ireland. We provide practice questions, mock exams, AI-powered tutoring, analytics, and study resources to help students prepare for the HPAT examination.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are preparing for the HPAT exam or related health sciences admissions examinations. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site and purchase services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

HPATPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is inactive for an extended period.

4. Plans & Pricing

HPATPro offers the following plans:

• Free Plan — Limited access to practice questions and features.
• Pro Plan (€267) — Full access to all questions, 6 full mock exams, unlimited AI explanations, and advanced analytics.
• Pro + Tutor Plan (€469) — Everything in Pro, plus access to a live HPAT Workshop, expert-led coaching from Ireland's leading HPAT specialist, two days of hands-on preparation, live Q&A with top-scoring students, enhanced AI tutor with priority responses, and exam-day strategy & mindset coaching.

All prices are in Euros (€) and are one-time payments. Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to their own terms of use.

5. Licence & Intellectual Property

All content on HPATPro — including but not limited to questions, explanations, mock exams, study materials, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of HPATPro and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content with third parties
• Use content for commercial purposes, private tutoring, or coaching
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Share, resell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Site

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose — HPAT exam preparation. You will not:

• Post, upload, or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security, performance, or functionality
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Site in any way that could damage our reputation

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

7. AI Tutor & Explanations

HPATPro provides AI-powered explanations and tutoring features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are error-free.

8. Availability & Service Interruptions

We endeavour to keep the Site available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. HPATPro is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, HPATPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HPATPro in the twelve months preceding the claim.

HPATPro does not guarantee that use of our platform will result in any particular exam score, university admission, or academic outcome.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HPATPro, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@hpatpro.ie. HPATPro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Site and its content will cease immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
